How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, select your product, choose your size and color, then click "Email to Order". This will open your email client with a pre-filled template. Fill in your shipping address and any notes, then send it to us.
How do I pay?
After we confirm your order and provide the total (including shipping), you'll pay by Interac e-Transfer. We'll send you the payment details in our confirmation email. No checkout, no automated systems — just personal service.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Since all items are made-to-order, production time varies. When you email us your order, we'll reply with an estimated ship date based on current production schedules. Typically, items ship within 2-4 weeks of order confirmation, but this can vary.
We'll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you when your item ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Shipping costs will be calculated and included in your order confirmation email.
How is my order shipped?
Once your item is ready, we'll ship it to the address you provide in your order email. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
What sizes are available?
Most items are available in XS through XXL. Check individual product pages for specific size availability.
What fits do you offer?
We offer two main fits:
